Hinson Gravelle & Adair LLP attorney Eric Adair has been selected to speak on a panel discussing hydraulic fracturing, or “fracking.” The panel will consider, among other things, the benefits and risks of fracking and the current efforts to legislate or regulate fracking in California. It will be moderated by Olivier Theard of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP and will include panelist Damon Nagami of the NRDC and a panelist to be announced. The panel will be presented at the November 2 Fall Symposium of the Environmental Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association at the Sheraton Delfina, 530 West Pico, Santa Monica, California.
