As previously noted here on the blog, Hinson Gravelle & Adair LLP attorney Eric Adair recently spoke at LSI’s hydraulic fracturing conference in Santa Monica. Mr. Adair’s topic was “Update on Regulatory Initiatives and Activities at the Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR).” The two-day conference brought together a variety of speakers and participants with varying perspectives on hydraulic fracturing in California, resulting in an informative and often lively debate on the perceived benefits and risks of fracking.
Mr. Adair’s presentation materials at the conference may be found here (pdf). Additional course materials and a DVD of the conference may be purchased on the conference website.
